If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or not suitable for your intended workflow, contact Optivue as soon as possible with your order details. Returned items must be in original condition, with packaging, manuals, cables, lens caps, mounts, straps, filters, cleaning tools, and any included accessories intact.

Used, altered, visibly worn, damaged through handling, or incomplete equipment may not qualify for a refund. For optical accessories and cleaning kits, returned items must remain clean, unused, and suitable for inspection.

    Email info@optivue.quest with your order number, the item name, and a short explanation. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, include clear photos of the gear, packaging, and shipping label.

  2. Wait for return instructions

    Do not send gear back before contacting Optivue. Our team will review the request and provide the next steps, including where and how to return eligible items.

  3. Pack the equipment securely

    Use protective packaging so cameras, lenses, filters, lighting tools, stabilizers, and accessories are not damaged in transit. Include all parts that came with the item.

  4. Inspection and refund review

    Once the return is received, Optivue checks condition, completeness, and eligibility. Approved refunds are processed after inspection to the original payment method when possible.

Lenses, filters, and optical accessories should be returned without scratches, smudges, dents, missing caps, or signs of field use.

Camera bodies should be complete

Return camera bodies with included batteries, covers, straps, cables, manuals, and packaging when those items were part of the original order.

Stabilizers and lighting gear need safe packing

Gimbals, tripods, mounts, light panels, and studio accessories should be boxed with enough protection to prevent movement during transit.

Proof of purchase is required

Please include your order number in the first message so the support team can connect the request with your Optivue purchase.
